ONLY use the address where your credit or debit card is billed to.
Use our invoice number listed in the top right hand corner.
Check the box that says "I am human".
Please do NOT make your payment recurring if you are paying the initial deposit with this payment, wait until your NEXT bill arrives.

Our Cancellation/Refund Policy

If service is terminated by our customer for reasons such as moving or changing services, whatever portion of the quarter remaining will be refunded. We will prorate the amount to be refunded based on the requested termination date and the number of days left in the quarter, and refund our customer for that amount within 30 days after the service has been terminated. Refund will be made by the same payment method that was used when service was purchased.
